How many things have you invented in your life? In your house maybe a few, in your head probably a thousand. But in our office, you probably could expect more. Inventionland, a dreamland where wannabe inventors could execute ideas of their own.
Inventionland occupies an area around 61,000 square feet that we call inventionland located in Davision headquarter. It’s like a part High Tech lab, part assembly line, part theme park. Mr Davision, the founder of Inventionland, realized that he had to keep his inventers inspired and motivated to constantly creating new ideas for products instead of frustrated by this challenge. So, he diceided to try an unconventional solution – to change the working environoment.
Employees at invention land worked in 16 different themes, such as shipwreck, a cave, castle, and giant robot.
One of Davison’s many creations is Inventionland: an inventor’s lab designed in the style of an attraction park. I won’t be the first one to compare it to Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. Inventionland is where fantasy and realistic goals converge, where dreaming and productivity go hand in hand.
Running waterfalls, chirping birds and music breath life into Inventionland. It’s a psychological playground for Davison’s employees. Working spaces are modeled after symbols of human imagination. The ideal working space for designing toys? Well, how about a pirate ship?
You’ll find all kinds of professionals at Inventionland, in places where you’d expect them the most – or the least. A model designer doing laser cutting at a desk or a tailor sewing on a cushion. People here have all the room to pick a workspace that suits their mood.
